The pilots and aircraft owners and/or lessors named above are relying on this Release in consideration for their agreement to provide free transportation to me.

This Release specifically includes, but is not limited to, any and all acts, errors and omissions of either the pilots or aircraft owners/lessors named above in connection with this flight.

I have read and fully understand this document and sign this Release voluntarily.

The parties agree that this agreement shall be binding upon all the heirs at law, assigns and successors in interest of all parties.
